Through
Electronic Check Representment (RCK), we convert the check into an
electronic transaction and collect by debiting the customer's
account. This method is used for collecting checks returned
either as insufficient funds or uncollected funds.
The customer
avoids the embarrassment of receiving collection phone calls at home
or work, and isn't bothered with collection notices in the mail.
Your customer will not have to mail a money order or bring in cash. This is the simplest, fastest, and most customer-friendly way to
collect the majority of your returned checks.
For checks that are ineligible for the
RCK program, (Account Closed, Stop Payment, Refer to Maker, etc.)
Check Connection uses traditional collection methods. Collection
efforts are started immediately and an organized, systematic
approach assures the highest collection rates are achieved.
